HighPro Roofing did an outstanding job on my recent roof replacement, and I’m very pleased with the entire experience. They were realistic, flexible, and professional during the negotiation phase, and their pricing and terms were reasonable. Their crew and materials arrived exactly when scheduled, and they took care to protect my property by placing tarps around all shrubs and landscaping before tear‑off began.
Their attention to detail was excellent. The chimney flashing is tight and properly shaped to channel water away from the brick, and they went above and beyond on the ridge vent finishing work. The final cap shingle on a ridge vent always requires two exposed nails; many contractors simply cover them with a glob of roof cement. HighPro instead cut a small shingle patch and sealed it neatly over each nail head — a small detail that speaks volumes about their craftsmanship.
Cleanup was thorough. All debris and nails were removed, and the site was left in great condition. Even more impressive, they completed my 25‑square roof in a single day. As a GAF‑certified installer, they were able to provide me with an excellent manufacturer warranty, which I’ve already received from GAF.
The only issue I encountered was unrelated to their workmanship: because a significant amount of my roof decking needed replacement, some demolition debris fell into my attic storage area. In hindsight, I would have removed or covered items in the attic beforehand. This was more a lesson learned for me than a reflection on HighPro.
Overall, I highly recommend HighPro Roofing. They delivered quality work, excellent communication, and true professionalism from start to finish.
